Mechanical locking differential The mechanical locking differential, which is perfectly attuned to the driving characteristics of the KTM X-Bow, makes for significantly improved traction, force distribution and driving safety. It ensures optimum performance and stabilises the vehicle in the limit range.

Extra equipment: Only available with this special equipment in 2008! Removeable steering wheel The quick-release device allows the steering wheel to be removed and refitted quickly and easily. This facilitates getting into and out of the vehicle. It also serves as additional anti-theft protection if the steering wheel is removed. The scope of delivery includes a bag for the steering wheel.

Standard equipment: The basic body kit for each KTM X-Bow consists as standard of lightweight composite material and is painted in matt black. This basic kit comprises a carbon monocoque, the crashbox and the three-part underbody consisting of the front splitter, the central section and the rear diffusor. The distinguishing feature of the lightweight carbon crashbox is its high energy absorption, fulfilling Formula 3 requirements. The closed-design, racing-inspired carbon underbody ensures excellent road adhesion!
